Return Policy
- We do not accept returns.
- Please contact us if we shipped you the wrong item or if it was damaged in shipping.
- We will accept a return for store credit or a different product.
- Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Discount items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
- Returns must have tags and be in original packaging.
- Item must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Fee will be taken out of refund before given.
- Items lost in the mail in shipping are not our responsibility. Please file a claim with the shipping service used to send your item, identified by the tracking number.
- Customer is responsible for reading our return policy before making a purchase.
- Canceled orders must be received prior to shipping. Dark Helmet provides same day shipping when an order is placed.
